Terms and Conditions

Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these policies, including the cancellation policy:

1 - All prices on No Map Tours include VAT and all other local taxes.

2 - For all reservations, full payment is required.

3 - No booking or credit card fees.

4 - You are responsible for arriving on time at the notified meeting point or at your hotel's entrance when pick up is provided.

5 - We reserve the right to refuse to take anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

6 - Trip details and contact information will be sent to you via email, after we confirm your reservation, for your convenience.

7 - No food or drinks are allowed on board, except water.

8 - Children are considered passengers. If under 7 years old or less than 1.35m, you must notify No Map Tours, so that the vehicle is equipped with the mandatory approved seats.

9 - In the event of a dispute, you can submit your complaint through the Electronic complaint book. We also inform that, for any clarification or information, you can always get in touch with us.

1 - There are no supplements for luggage. Prices are final and there is no additional cost, as long as the luggage fits in the reserved vehicle. Price is per vehicle.

2 - Transfer service is private, meaning that the vehicle can only be used by you and your party (who have contracted the service).

3 - Number of seats indicated on the website is the maximum number of passengers who can travel in the vehicle, not including the driver. Take into account that a child occupies just as much space as an adult.

1 - You must supply No Map Tours with correct arrival and departure ship information.

2 - You must ensure there is enough time (minimum 2 hours) between the tour end time and the ship departure time.

Cancellation Policy

1 - The following cancellation policy applies:
- Up to 24 hours before the start of the activity: full refund
- Less than 24 hours before the start of the activity or in the event of a no-show: no refund

2 - Refund is done using the same payment method.

3 - All transactions are in Euros.

4 - Any charges applied by your card provider to you will not be refunded. Including transaction fees and currency conversion fees from your bank, if your card has a different currency than Euros.

5 - No Map Tours is not responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations if your card is not in Euros. There may be a difference between currency conversion rates on the charge day and the refund day.

6 - No Map Tours can cancel the activity if weather conditions, official measures, strikes or other unforeseeable or unavoidable external conditions make the execution of the activity impossible, more difficult or endanger it. In this case, the paid price is refunded or an alternative is given.
